About Bruce
I have been heavily involved in Utah for Commercial Real Estate many years. I have been a long-term resident of Utah County! I began my commercial career in the Provo/Orem area, Doing sites for Applebee’s, Golden Corral and ShopKo as well as Family Dollar and Dollar General. I have represented landlords, tenants, Buyers and Sellers in becoming an experienced Developer and broker of commercial real estate in the Utah Market. I have represented owners of properties valued for millions of dollars on properties that include office, retail, industrial and raw land for subdivision development.
